DESCRIPTION:
The
MSC-901 is the perfect addition to any of our chain link microphone
stands. Measuring 7 inches long, it easily hold 6 standard size picks.
The pick holder attaches to any Mic-Stands.com steel chain stand in a
matter of seconds and can also be removed just as easily.
BACKGROUND:
Designed
and created in the summer of 2004, the MSC-901 was the brainchild of
Dave "The Beast" Martin of Pheonix Arizona. He wanted a way to attach a
pic holder to his custom chain mic-stand. Dave was kind (and brave)
enough to send us his own pick holders to be modified, tortured and
otherwise mistreated in our metal shop. The end result was a hybrid of
our boom coupler technology and Dave's original DUNLOP®
pick holders that works and looks even better than we anticipated.
