| Answer: Most of our stands are custom made for each performer, and are made by hand on an individual basis. |

| Question: What does it cost to ship one of these stands? |
| Answer: Most full size chain stands cost $25.00 to ship anywhere in the U.S. due to the weight and size. |

| Question: What does it cost to ship one of these stands outside of the United States? |
| Answer: Most full size chain stands cost $65.00 to ship to the UK and Western Europe. Other countries must be quoted on an individual basis. Contact us to recieve a custom invoice with exact shipping costs. They are shipped USPS Global Air or Global Express and usually arrive in about the same time it takes to deliver them in the U.S. Shipping to other countries will be quoted on an individual basis. | Question: How do I get considered for a full or partial endorsement deal? |
| Answer: Just take a minute to fill out our endorsement form and tell us about yourself. All submissions are subject to review and we make it a point to look at every single one. |

| Question: What kind of endorsement deal am I eligible for? |
| Most up and coming artists are eligible for at least a 35% discount on our products as long as we can work out a cross promotion with your management team. A full endorsement deal (AKA free gear) requires a great deal of talent as well as a heavy touring schedule and mainstream media attention. |

| Question: I don't want to use a credit or debit card to make my order. Can I make an order by mailing a payment with a check or money order? |
Yes! Just download, print and complete our order form and mail it in with your check or money order. Your order will be processed as soon as it soon as it is recieved.
